Social and ecological responsibility is important to us.
With your support this year, we are helping the Alzheimer Forschung Initiative e. V. and EuroNatur Foundation.
With every kilometre you run or walk, we donate 5 euro to the organisation of your choice. The campaign is limited to a maximum of 30,000 euro. The registration fee of 5 euros will go directly to the initiative of your choice.
How it works
Sign up
Just register here with your name and email address. Select the organisation you would like to support. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your result.
Run or walk
Finish your run or walk on a day between 25 September and 9 October 2026. Use any running app on your smartphone or a GPS watch to track your kilometres.
Upload your result
Upload a screenshot of your running app or a photo from your GPS watch to document the kilometres of the running day. The uploaded distance will be converted into a donation of 5 euros per full kilometre. The upload must be completed by 11:59 p.m. CET (Central European Time) on the 9st of October 2026.

Alzheimer´s
Alzheimer’s disease – also known as Alzheimer’s dementia – is the most common form of dementia and an incurable disorder of the brain. Nerve cells in the brain die off which causes people with Alzheimer’s to become increasingly forgetful, confused, and ultimately disoriented. As the disease progresses, the memory, consciousness, and personality of those affected are destroyed. This is a very painful and tormenting process for both patients and their families.
The “Alzheimer Forschung Initiative e.V.” has been working to find a cure for 30 years. However, Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia are complex diseases that are still not fully understood. Further research is therefore essential!
A life without Alzheimer’s – that is the goal of the non-profit organisation Alzheimer Forschung Initiative e.v. (AFI).

EuroNatur protects some of Europe’s most valuable natural landscapes, including free-flowing rivers, ancient forests, and migratory bird habitats. Working alongside local partners, we combine scientific expertise with practical conservation efforts.
